The Kitchen is a purpose built, carefully fit out, commercial kitchen. Fully approved as a food business by Barossa Council. Creating from scratch, using the produce from The Garden, as well as that selected from premium local producers is what chef/owner Olivia is passionate about. Olivia trained in 5 star hotels and has a career spanning more than 20 years in commercial kitchens.
Meal creation is focused on traditional methods, sustainability, animal welfare and slow food production. A look in the pantry and you will find base ingredients, whole foods and simple spices, never packet mixes and time savers.
Meals are prepared fresh from preorder and vary seasonably. Dietary requirements can be catered for but not ensured due to all allergens being prepared in the Kitchen at different times.
